ACT Privacy Policy

• ACT is committed to protecting privacy of its current, former and perspective students (Affiliates). 

• ACT does not sell, distribute or share personal, billing or any other information on its Affiliates with any other entity.

• ACT respects privacy and on-line time of its Affiliates.  All e-mail and fax communications with its former and perspective students should include ACT contact information and contain explicit removal option, which ACT will ensure.

• Use of ACT facilities, equipment, computer system, software, hardware, network and communications is strictly limited to goals defined by the program curriculum and job search in the related area, as defined by ACT policies, rules, regulations and as directed by ACT administrative staff and instructors.  Any abuse of this policy could result in affiliates removal from the program/school and suspension of all privileges. 

• ACT reserves rights to monitor use of its on-premises facilities, equipment, computer system, software, hardware, network and communications in order to ensure proper use.  At the same time, ACT does not read and monitor personal e-mail communications of its Affiliates.
